Generally

The goods on the website osc.regito.com are primarily intended for the corporate market (B2B) and are therefore priced excluding VAT. 25% VAT will be charged to all Swedish customers as well as customers within the EU who do not state a valid VAT number when ordering.

Private individuals are also welcome to shop, but if you are under 18, your guardian must shop on your behalf.
Regito AB reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

Shipping costs

Depending on what you choose for shipping options, which country the goods are to be sent to and the goods' number, size and weight, the shipping cost is calculated automatically during check-out and you see the shipping price and the total price before you need to decide if you want to complete the purchase.

Payment

We offer many ways to pay: advance payment to our bank giro, Swish number or IBAN account number; payment by account / credit card Visa, MasterCard and PayPal as well as cash payment upon collection or agreed delivery of goods. Public authorities and companies, which state their organization number and are deemed creditworthy, are offered purchases against invoice with a 30-day credit period.

All goods remain the property of Regito AB until full payment has been received by us.

At our checkout, payment is handled through Nets with its partners Dibs and Arvato for purchases on invoice. The following applies to such purchases on invoice:

For end customers domiciled in Sweden

The receivable is transferred to Arvato Finance AB, corporate identity number 556495-1704. Payment can therefore only be made to Arvato Finance AB with liberating effect.

For end customers domiciled in Denmark

The receivable has been transferred to Arvato Finance A / S to property. Payment, objections and all other inquiries can only be made with liberating effect to Arvato Finance A / S, Østbanegade 55, 2. tv, DK-2100 København Ø, tel. no. 70 27 27 95, e-mail finans.dk@arvato.com, to whom the claim has been transferred. When paying, please supplier name and invoice no. indicated. Payment must be made to bank account 4073 4073033993 in Danske Bank.

For end customers domiciled in Norway

This invoice, excl. evt. credit notes, have been transferred to Arvato Finance AS, org. no. 994 21O 130 to property. Payment with liberating effect can only be made Arvato Finance AS, Postboks 154 Furuset, 1001 Oslo, account 1503 08 25141.

In case of delay in payment

In the event of a delay in payment, you will receive a reminder. Reminder fee is according to the statutory amount and interest is charged until payment is made. If no payment is made despite this, the case is handed over for debt collection and later the bailiff with subsequent extra costs and inconveniences for the customer.

It's Dibs and Arvato who will chase you if you do not pay on time and you can trust that they have a large arsenal to use, so do not order more than you can afford to pay.

Order confirmation

When you have completed an order, we will send an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided when registering. If there has been no order confirmation within 24 hours, check that the email has not ended up in the spam folder.

Delivery

We send to the nearest delivery point with DHL or Postnord. If you want another delivery, just contact us and we will do everything we can to solve it.

Normally, the delivery time to your local delivery point is 2-3 working days. Unfortunately, sometimes the delivery time can be longer for various reasons.
Should your order not be sent in a reasonable time, we will contact you and you then have the right to cancel your purchase.

Transport damage

If the package and / or contents are damaged when you receive it, report it immediately on the spot. Photograph the package and the damage to the item.

Replacement of an item

Contact customer service at Regito AB if you want to change an item and we will try to help you. You pay the return shipping yourself.

Right of withdrawal

Private individuals have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. A return, however, presupposes that the packaging and goods are in the same condition as upon receipt. Call (0768-020304) or email us (osc@regito.com) and wait for a response before returning. We would like to know the reason for any return.

Return

In the event of a complaint due to damaged goods or incorrect packaging by us, we bear the shipping cost. Always contact us before returning an item.

Uncollected package

You have 14 days to pick up your package at the delivery point. If you do not pick up the package within that time, it will be returned to us. For uncollected packages, you as a customer will be invoiced SEK 350. Unpaid invoices are forwarded for collection. We cooperate with the police in the event of fraud.

Installment purchase with right of withdrawal

In the case of installment purchases, Regito AB has the right to take back the goods if payment is not made in accordance with the installment plan. This means that you will receive a reminder of payment. If this is not paid within 7 days, Regito AB has the right to pick up goods that have not been paid in full according to plan.
